September 24th: Know what’s great for adding a little bit more weight to an exercise you’re doing during a workout? A bottle of wine. #TravelTipsWithLindsey

September 24th: I KNOW I keep posting about this view…but I mean, can you blame me?! Sitting on my balcony with a glass of vino, doing some work. It’s 84 degrees and breezy ❤️🍷💃😍 Organizing my pictures from the last few days…more to come!!

September 25th: Roughly the size of my face. And I ate it all. And drank the latte. Spain, you win.

September 26th: Story time!! So I signed up at the gym near my apartment today (the same gym I went to 5 years ago when I was here!) because with being here for several weeks, I knew I’d miss working out…and it would get me to be around more people, more often.

I went in and explained to the woman (in semi-decent Spanish lol) that I was here for 5 more weeks and I wanted to get a month membership and then buy one more week after that month was finished. I also said that I had been there before when I was a student, but I wasn’t a student any more.

…Not only did she give me the student price for one month, she gave me the last several days of September for free, so my “month” could go from October 1st-October 31st, right before I leave Sevilla. AND she looked me up in the computer system…and there I was, from 5 years ago. She was so sweet, patient and generous and it put me right at ease.

I know it may sound silly, but this whole experience filled me with gratitude and just made me feel warm and fuzzy inside. This city continues to make me smile for so many reasons, one of them being the warmth, generosity and welcoming attitude of everyone I meet.
